BALERS FOR CARDBOARD WASTE
CARDBOARD WASTE RECYCLING
Cardboard is used in huge volumes across all industries, sectors and households. High quality, high purity bales are essential for sending on for recycling. A high performance, fully automatic twin ram baler that can handle multiple waste streams and high throughputs is vitally important.
OUR RECOMMENDED BALER FOR BALING CARDBOARD
We recommend using a fully automatic twin ram or two ram baler for baling cardboard. Compressing the cardboard against a reinforced steel wall maximises the density of the bales and transport payloads. Automatically wire tying the bale also helps reduce labour costs.

WHY USE A TWIN RAM BALER FOR CARDBOARD?

HIGHER COMPACTION AND HEAVIER BALES
Using a twin ram baler to bale cardboard means that the baling is done against a fixed wall within the baling chamber. This results in higher compaction and heavier bales.
EASILY SWITCH BETWEEN MATERIALS
A twin ram baler is ideal when you are processing various material types. As the machine clears out the bale chamber each time, you can avoid cross contamination between materials.
THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF MATERIAL EACH TIME WITH OUR SMART SYSTEM
The REP-TEC baler comes with a smart system which calculates the bale size and provides you with information on the amount of material you will require for each bale. This will give you a consistent bale size each time which is ideal for transport.
WIRE TIE OPTION
Our twin ram baler also comes with a wire tie option for baling cardboard. You can put as many ties on the bale as you need. You can also double tie the ends offering you flexibility and allowing the bale to hold its shape really well. This is ideal for stacking and transport.
The tying mechanism ensures the wire is tied in a tight knot so that there is less chance of it breaking apart and as a result, you will use less wire.
CUSTOMISED TO SUIT YOUR FACILITY
We can customise the 2-ram baler to suit your facility. We can help design and supply conveyors and customised hoppers.
HIGH THROUGHPUTS
Our two ram balers have fast cycle times which means higher throughputs and increased efficiency.
